This page explains what we collect when you use this site or send us a form, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What you send us

When you fill in the free audit form we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your website, the services you are interested in, your industry, country, budget range, timeline, how you prefer to be contacted and anything you add in the message box.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your audit and follow up on it. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask for one, and we do not sell your details.

What we collect automatically

With the form we also save how you found us (for example the campaign or ad you clicked), the page you first landed on, your browser time zone, the type of device and a shortened, scrambled version of your connection address used to stop spam. We use this to understand which channels bring enquiries.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising tags (for example Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat) only run after you accept them in the cookie notice. If you accept marketing cookies, we may also tell these platforms that an enquiry was sent, using a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone number, so we can measure our ads. If you decline, none of this happens.

Who else sees it

Your details are stored with our hosting provider and may pass through the tools we use to run the business, such as our email provider, team chat and customer list. These providers only process the data for us.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or change your cookie choice at any time. Write to us at the email address in the footer and we will reply within a few working days.
